Advanced Practice Provider – PA-C or NP

Location : Rock Hill, SC

Carolina Cardiology Associates is a well-established, patient-centered practice composed of 12 board-certified cardiologists and a dedicated team of advanced practice providers. Our providers are committed to delivering timely, reliable, and evidence-based cardiovascular care to patients across the Lancaster and greater Charlotte communities.

We offer a full spectrum of cardiovascular services — including preventative, diagnostic, interventional, and rehabilitative care — with a focus on personalized treatment plans and long-term heart health.

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our growing team in Rock Hill or Lancaster

Position Highlights :

Clinic-Based Role – General cardiovascular care in our Rock Hill or Lancaster

Flexible Scheduling – Monday through Friday, no call responsibilities

W2 Employed Position – Full-time with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular experience preferred

Licensure : Active, unrestricted PA or NP license required

Certification : Board Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
