Senior Member Outreach Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr Member Outreach Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Makes timely and proactive outreach to members and providers

Researches and provides timely solutions to caller needs

Assists with the maintenance of member profiles and manages queue maintenance

Required Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED is required

2+ years of experience in a customer service environment

Healthcare experience with understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic codes

Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel

Basic knowledge and experience in mail order or specialty pharmacy
