GROWING Financial Services company is looking to add an Executive Coach to their HR department to support the professional development of their employees.

SUMMARY :

• This position will join the companys internal coaching team working one-on-one with employees to support their professional development across multiple areas (i.e. professional effectiveness accountability decision-making etc.) tailing your approach to the individual employees needs.
• A key player in the ongoing growth / improvement of the companys internal coaching program.
