FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a General Laborer to maintain facility cleanliness and provide maintenance support. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Facilities team in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The General Laborer will perform general cleaning, assist with equipment moving, and support basic maintenance tasks while ensuring facility supplies are properly stocked and maintained.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of facility grounds, common areas, and production zones, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper organization
• Safely move and arrange equipment, furniture, and materials using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Support building maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, drywall work, minor plumbing fixes, and carpentry projects under supervision
• Implement waste management procedures by collecting, sorting, and properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and industrial materials according to environmental guidelines
• Collaborate with maintenance staff during scheduled projects, emergency repairs, and facility shutdowns to provide skilled labor support
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols including proper PPE usage, hazard reporting, and participation in safety training programs
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
