Inserting Operator Compensation

The pay for this position is $18 / hr

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Inserting Operator Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Sunday–Wednesday and Saturday, with Thursday and Friday off.

Inserting Operator Responsibilities

Operate mail production equipment to insert letters into envelopes while maintaining HIPAA compliance and quality standards

Manage daily workload with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines

Perform tasks requiring attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment

Troubleshoot equipment as needed and escalate issues to supervisors

Work in a loud production environment (earbuds / headphones permitted)

Inserting Operator Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Experience in production, manufacturing, or retail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Strong attention to quality and detail

Good time management skills

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Inserting Operator Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of mail production experience

Experience troubleshooting mail or manufacturing equipment

Comfortable working in a loud environment with a supportive, team-oriented culture
