At Focus Physical Therapy in Rancho Santa Margarita, we’re hiring a part-time or flexible-schedule Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants to work in a clinic that prioritizes quality time with patients, supportive teamwork, and professional growth .

What We’re Looking For : Licensed PTA in California

Positive, adaptable, and excited about helping others

Strong communication and patient education skills

Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome!)

Location : Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (in-person only)
