Pay : $65,000 - $70,000

Position Summary : The Digital Advertising Specialist would be responsible for executing key initiatives across our Amazon Marketplace aimed at driving company and brand revenue growth. This includes, but is not limited to, managing PPC advertising, optimizing product pricing, overseeing Brand Tailored Promotions, refining B2B offers, and ensuring high-quality listing management. The Specialist will be expected to monitor and improve the return on investment (ROI) of all marketplace activities, using data-driven decision-making and performance analysis to guide advertising strategy and resource allocation across The Shipping Store brands.

Responsibilities

Leverage quantitative insights to drive continuous improvements in PPC performance and spend efficiency.

Utilize Amazon data and market trends to shift keywords and / or listings to garner more clicks and conversion.

Responsible for the regular monitoring and improvement of all Amazon listings for The Shipping Store's three brands.

Suggest and improve process implementation of Amazon Listings to improve revenue and reduce expense.

Oversee the day-to-day marketplace tasks as assigned.

Ensure daily product and listing maintenance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Must have strong foundational grasp of the mathematics of advertising : CPC, ROAS, TACoS, incrementality, and attribution modeling.

Must demonstrate strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and build solutions from first principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and positive attitude.

Excellent Knowledge of Amazon Advertising and Seller Central.

Must be incredibly methodical, collaborative & accurate.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience And Education

2+ Years Experience with Amazon Advertising and Seller Central.

1+ Years Experience with ecommerce.

Experience with pay per click advertising.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Regularly operates office equipment, such as laptops, printers, and calculators.

May be required to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Frequently required to communicate with others to exchange information.
