Overview
Continuous Improvement Manager (Automotive) – Medina, OH
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple process improvement projects focused on defect reduction, cost avoidance, loss reduction, and revenue enhancement
- Serve as the in-house expert on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, coaching process owners and leaders
- Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives
- Oversee cost-saving and process-improvement projects across manufacturing, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Work closely with the General Manager and VP of Operational Excellence to guide project selection and implementation plans
- Support plant-wide Lean transformation through footprint studies and 100-day kaizen initiatives
- Supervise and mentor plant Lean / Six Sigma support staff, developing talent across the organization
- Recommend and facilitate quality and change management processes to meet customer satisfaction and financial performance goals

Qualifications
