MercyOne Waterloo Heart Clinic is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join our growing team of cardiovascular specialists providing comprehensive arrhythmia care. Led by Dr. Victor Abrich, our EP program offers the full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional services, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative clinical environment.
Practice Highlights
Compensation : $690,162 guaranteed salary for 2 years, plus production incentive
Bonuses : $25K signing, $25K commencement, $25K after year 3, $25K after year 4, and $15K moving allowance
Robust EP Program with advanced procedural capabilities :
Electrophysiology studies
Radiofrequency and cryoablation (pulsed-field ablation coming soon)
Conduction system pacing including left bundle branch area pacing
Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and leadless device implantation
Loop recorder and remote rhythm monitoring
Wide Referral Base from a large regional health network
Strong APP Support and experienced clinical staff
Access to a Hybrid EP Lab and Advanced Imaging
