Position :

• Location : Stratford, CT
• Specialty : Employee Health NP / PA
• Schedule : M-F 8a 4 : 30p
• Volume : 8-10 adult patients seen per shift
• Epic EMR (candidates with that experience preferred)
Requirements :
• BC NP / PA
• DEA
• BLS
• 1 year of Occupational Medicine or Primary Care experience, but new grads will be considered
• Epic EMR experience required
