Senior Lawyer (Contracts and Commercial)

Our boutique firm, known for its personalized approach and strong camaraderie, is currently in search of a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience. As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing , financing options, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate disputes.

Experience in Real Estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or work outs is also beneficial.
