Technology Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Technology II.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to achieve business and technology objectives through collaboration

Define user requirements, architecture, and implementation of the Salesforce environment and digital transformation

Coach and mentor engineers and developers while working within Agile / Scrum / Kanban teams

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science

Two years of experience in a related role involving system architecture, design, or software development

Experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams

Proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies

Familiarity with cloud technologies such as CPQ, Apex Class, Triggers, and Visualforce
