We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Partner to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position requires a skilled, detail-oriented individual who can manage high-volume recruitment efforts while delivering exceptional results across various job levels. Based in Dallas, Texas, the role offers the opportunity to collaborate with managers, employees, and external networks to identify and attract top talent in engineering, maintenance, and other specialized fields.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for a high volume of job requisitions, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, including advertising and sourcing strategies, to attract candidates with relevant experience and diverse backgrounds.
- Utilize social media platforms, detail-oriented networks, and other tools to identify and engage top candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on staffing processes and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple recruitment project requests simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Track and document recruitment activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Recruit for roles ranging from entry-level to senior and executive positions, tailoring approaches to meet specific job requirements.
- Provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, leveraging in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition principles and techniques.
- Coach and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the recruitment function.
- Build consensus with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition matters.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume hiring and specialized roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with utilizing social media channels and detail-oriented networks for sourcing candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions and exercise sound judgment in recruitment activities.
