- Highschool / GED equivalent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role is the central check-in for the 7th floor at Optum Madison in Seattle. It will support multiple departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology.
Checking in patientsVerifying insuranceUpdating demographicsCollecting copaysAnswering patient questions at the front deskCommunicating with the back officeUtilizing various systems such as EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platformsProviding excellent customer service
