Receptionist Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and success-driven receptionist to join our client on a contract basis in the south metro, Minnesota area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and students, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase strong communication and administrative skills. The schedule is Monday Thursday from 1 : 15-9 : 15 PM and Saturday from 8 : 45 AM 3 : 15 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet visitors, students, and guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Provide clear directions and information about room locations, including restrooms, auditorium, classrooms, and studios.
- Manage incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system, offering prompt and courteous assistance.
- Handle email correspondence efficiently, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting times effectively.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform daily tasks.
- Foster a friendly and approachable environment for all visitors and staff.
Requirements :
