About the Role :

The Costume Waver plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the approval process for costume-related expenses within the business services sector. This position ensures that all costume procurement requests align with budgetary constraints and company policies, effectively balancing creative needs with financial responsibility. The Costume Waver collaborates closely with costume designers, procurement teams, and finance departments to review, evaluate, and authorize cost waivers or exceptions. By maintaining detailed records and providing clear communication, the role supports efficient project execution and cost control. Ultimately, the Costume Waver contributes to the successful delivery of projects by facilitating timely and compliant costume acquisitions.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in budget management, procurement, or financial review processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply company policies consistently.
