As a Manufacturing Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations by training new hires on our welding, grinding, and quality control processes and standards. You will be responsible for equipping new team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality products that meet our stringent quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with existing team members to identify and address areas for improvement, ultimately reducing errors and enhancing overall productivity.
