About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its Revenue Cycle Management division. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the business transformation, market expansion, and commercialization of out-of-network RCM services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the RCM functions, with a focus on scaling for growth, integrating automation and AI, and leading the company to market. Key responsibilities include building and scaling high-performing teams, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and leveraging AI and automation to create a best-in-class RCM platform. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of RCM, a proven track record in operational leadership, and a passion for driving transformative change within a rapidly growing organization.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or RCM industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operations, leading large, cross-functional teams, and experience with automation and AI integration. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership abilities are essential. The role also requires exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly out-of-network RCM, including regulatory requirements and payer landscapes, is a must.
