Senior Product Cybersecurity Engineer

This role may overlap with systems and software engineering disciplines, and requires advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles. You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of avionics cybersecurity, using cutting-edge modeling and simulation tools to evaluate cyber risk and design mitigation strategies across the product lifecycle. Technologies you'll work with may include cyber AI, machine learning, penetration testing (white, grey, and black box), and cyber range testing.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, design, testing, and certification efforts for avionics cybersecurity systems.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and generate mitigation reports using advanced methodologies.
• Support and document compliance with regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop cybersecurity requirements and controls, and support the development of vulnerability mitigation plans.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to recommend design modifications that meet cybersecurity standards.
• Conduct and support penetration testing in response to customer requirements.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, blockchain) to develop new cybersecurity capabilities.
• Contribute within an Agile SCRUM team environment.
