💰 $120,000–$150,000 Base Salary + Production Bonus | $25,000 Joining Bonus

We’re looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's experienced four-doctor team at a highly established, community-trusted small animal practice in Balcones Heights, San Antonio .

This Monday–Friday only position offers genuine work–life balance, a loyal client base, and exceptional professional support.

Facility includes :

  • Digital and dental radiography
  • In-house diagnostics and laboratory

    • 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional clinical and surgical care for small animal patients
  • Managing a well-structured caseload of consultations, procedures, and surgeries
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and their pets
  • Collaborating closely with our medical and support teams to ensure top-quality care

    • 📅 Schedule & Hours

  • Monday – Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : CLOSED
  • Sunday : CLOSED
  • No after-hours or weekend requirements

    💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $120,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Joining Bonus : $25,000
  • Production Bonus : Competitive paid at 20%, with no negative accrual
  • PTO : 3 weeks + public holidays
  • CE Allowance : Generous annual budget for continuing education
  • Professional Fees : Paid state license, dues, and insurance
