Licensed Practical Nurse - Correctional Facility

CoreCivic is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team committed to providing top-notch care in a correctional setting. We believe in the importance of quality healthcare and support for individuals in our care.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at CoreCivic, you will :

• Utilize your nursing skills in the treatment and care of inmates and residents.
• Assist the physician during sick calls; prepare the examination room and assist in listing inmates and residents for examination.
• Manage medication distribution during pill call and ensure accurate documentation as required.
• Oversee the control and inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications following established protocols.
• Ensure the utmost security and confidentiality of all medical records.

We seek professionals who are motivated by a strong sense of service and a commitment to ethical standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications :

Graduated from an approved nursing school with a Licensed Practical Nurse certificate.

Current license in the state of employment.

A valid driver's license.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
