Job Description
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead design and technical development of K–12 projects from concept through construction administration
- Collaborate with school districts, educators, and design teams to translate vision into buildable, engaging environments
- Oversee production of high-quality construction documents and ensure compliance with codes, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved
- Mentor emerging designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and technical excellence
