Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring adherence to care plans and facility protocols.

Assess resident conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly address urgent health concerns.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and resident responses.

Educate residents and their families on health management and infection control practices.
