Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Engineer / HVAC Mechanic in Arlington, VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct a routine and ongoing assessment of the building systems operations.
• Perform tests, tours and analyses data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
