Job Summary

The Tool Room Attendant performs any combination of the following tasks to receive, store, distribute, and requisition tools, equipment, and products within establishments.

Essential Functions

• Actively support the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”
• Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”
• Assist tool room in checking in / out tools, distributing consumables, and logging transactions.
• Maintain small tools and consumable inventory records.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Complete requisition forms to order tools and equipment and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare reports on overages, shortages or damaged tools.
• Ensure all work referenced above is completed at an acceptable productivity level for employee’s classification and experience level.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Perform additional responsibilities, as needed.
• Will be utilizing the ERP system and will interact with vendors by written or verbal communication.
