We're seeking an experienced HR Benefits Specialist to own and elevate our global benefits administration. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between our employees and their benefits experience—managing complex programs across multiple countries while ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance.

What You'll Own
Global Benefits Administration
Manage benefits through the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding through life events to offboarding
Maintain data integrity across HRIS and vendor platforms with meticulous attention to accuracy
Strategic Vendor Management
Build and manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants globally
Drive renewals and negotiations while identifying opportunities to expand or optimize offerings
Hold vendors accountable to service standards and champion swift resolution when issues arise
Employee Experience & Education
Serve as the trusted go-to resource for benefits questions, troubleshooting, and guidance
Translate complex benefits information into clear, accessible communications and resources
Lead open enrollment initiatives and educational sessions in partnership with HR Business Partners
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to diverse regulatory requirements including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, GDPR, and country-specific legislation
Maintain audit-ready documentation and produce accurate reports for leadership and regulatory filings
Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure flawless deductions and processing
Innovation & Optimization
Analyze utilization data and industry benchmarks to uncover enhancement opportunities
Recommend forward-thinking, cost-conscious programs that elevate employee wellbeing
Contribute to broader total rewards initiatives and strategic HR projects
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience, ideally in global or multi-country contexts
Deep fluency with benefits regulations, compliance frameworks, and plan design
Proven track record managing vendor partnerships and holding providers accountable
Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration technology
Sharp analytical thinking paired with exceptional organizational capabilities
Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for service excellence
