Learn to Be a Dynamic Open House and Buyer Agent

We are looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent who wants to learn to master dynamic open houses, connect with active buyers, and earn rewarding commissions while growing a consistent business. This opportunity includes lender partnership support for open houses and lead generation, giving you the tools and structure to succeed.

You will contact pre-qualified leads, host engaging open houses, show properties, and guide clients through the negotiation and closing process to help them achieve their homeownership goals. You will also receive ongoing mentorship, proven systems, and collaborative team support to help you convert more opportunities into lasting success.

This opportunity is ideal for agents who are enthusiastic, driven, and ready to learn how to build a strong buyer business through proven systems and high-impact open house strategies.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $150,000+

Compensation : $150,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Follow the team plan
  • Collaborate and work with lenders to deliver top notch open houses
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
