Are you a passionate and skilled design professional ready to make a lasting impact in the remodeling industry? Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling, a leading name in luxury home remodeling in San Diego, is seeking a talented Residential Remodeling Sales / Design Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

As a Residential Remodeling Sales / Design Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, from initial concepts to project closeout. This role requires strong sales skills and design eye, proficiency in industry-leading software, excellent client communication, and organizational skills to lead projects from initial meetings through completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Contracts : Present project designs and proposals, secure contracts and payments, and follow through on all aspects of project handoff.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct office and in-home consultations, present design concepts, and secure retainer agreements.
  • Design Development : Develop creative design solutions using software like 2020, AutoCAD, and Chief Architect to bring ideas to life, generate proposals, and manage estimates.
  • Project Management : Oversee design execution, collaborate with clients on selections, ensure materials are ordered, and facilitate smooth pre-construction setups
  • Customer Service : Conduct site visits, provide ongoing client communication, and ensure project closeout with photoshoots and award submissions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 5+ years of proven sales experience and design residential remodeling.
  • Software Proficiency : Skilled in design software such as 2020, AutoCAD, and Chief Architect.
  • Client-Focused : A skilled communicator with a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Player : Collaborate with our project management team to ensure every project’s success.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail : High level of organization, with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines effectively.
