Do you love busy days that fly by? Our Daly City ENT clinic is seeking a Back Office Medical Assistant who’s quick, organized, and reliable. You’ll anticipate provider needs, prepare instruments, assist in procedures, and jump in wherever needed — from rooming patients to answering phones or covering front desk breaks. You’ll work alongside two caring providers and a supportive team that values excellence and teamwork.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM , no weekends. Medical office experience preferred; Tagalog, Chinese, or Spanish helpful. If you’re proactive, calm under pressure, and proud of getting things done right, we’d love to meet you.
