Required : 2 YEARS OUTPATIENT CLINIC EXP Acute experience in the past 5 years BLS (AHA or ARC) IV certified - with proficiency in starting IVs Epic Experience Proficiency with blood draws Preferred : Interest in temp to perm Experience in Vascular Surgery Experience in Urology Position / Specialty : LVN - Outpatient Years of experience REQ : 2 years First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : No Certs REQ : BLS, IV certified Is on-call REQ?
