Job Description

Join our team in Sacramento and help protect a high traffic retail location! We’re looking for reliable, professional security personnel who take pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety, and representing IPS Nationwide with integrity.

Location : Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate : $22 an hour

UNIFORM GUARD EXPECTATIONS - 2025

• Purpose of our Guards - Visible Deterrent (Dressed Professional in Uniform)
• Engaged / Professional Personality – likes working with People / Customers
• Providing TERRIFIC Customer Service
• Professionally dressed, maintain good hygiene, and groomed.
• ACTIVE in our Stores and VISIBLE. Spending most of their time at the front end of our Stores – Entrances / Exits
• Shows up on time / checks in with Management – ready to go.
