Job Details :

Pay is $21.40 per hour.

Schedule is 1st shift Monday through Friday 6 AM to 12 : 30 PM

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS GENERAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT SCHOOL TRAINING documented in your work history and / or resume or your application will not be reviewed.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

MUST have a valid State Driver's License. Motor Vehicle Requirement (18 years of age, valid state driver's license, and no DUI / DWI’s within the last 12 months). OFFICAL MVR RECORD must be checked POST-OFFER and RECEIVED by Tyson before applicant will be moved into position.

Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Position Description :

This position is responsible to diagnose issues, adjust, repair, and perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. - Must have knowledge to repair trucks, rebuild transmissions, rear ends, and motors. - Job entails : Standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, turning, climbing, pushing, stooping, squatting, and reaching and are required in all areas.- Ability to Lift 40+ pounds frequently is required in all areas.- Must be able to tolerate climates ranging from very cold to very hot and very dusty.- Must be able to climb up and down stairs and ladders.
