A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter (Leave Coverage).
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and close
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job descriptions, and guide hiring decisions
Identify and attract high-quality candidates while building and maintaining talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally in a SaaS company
Experience developing partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and social media platforms
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
Well-rounded knowledge of the recruiting process for various levels across departments
