Dry Van Carrier Sales Team Lead / Manager

Are you a dry van carrier rep looking for a new role?

LST Group is currently seeking a Dry Van Carrier Sales Team Lead / Manager.  If you are the “go to” for van loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.

• You can smell a double broker / shady shade carrier from a mile away 2.
• You can spot quote dry van shipments and have carrier relationships to provide trucks in hand for spicy same day loads.      3.
• You are confident managing a team and load board.     4.
• You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.  5.
• You are able and willing to work with an amazing carrier sales / operations team.  6.
