We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to work in Washington DC . This critical leadership position involves managing large-scale efforts at the BPA / IDIQ level, ensuring the successful execution of task orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have prior extensive experience working in an Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) and managing blanket purchasing agreements (BPA) or IDIQs of similar scope and complexity, with a proven ability to elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement strategies for effective BPA execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Establish and monitor milestones, timelines, and budgets for task orders.
• Track performance metrics to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Stakeholder Communication and Liaison

Task Order Management

Compliance and Risk Management

Team Leadership and Coordination

Financial Oversight

Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring

Reporting and Documentation
