About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Executive Compensation and Tax Advisory. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Tax Services leadership team, providing expert advisory services in executive compensation to high-level executives, boards, and senior management. This role requires a deep understanding of the intersection of executive compensation, business, and industry, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to recommend solutions for both private and public companies. The Managing Director will also be responsible for strategy development, including the design and implementation of compensation and benefit structures, and will lead marketing campaigns while maintaining key client relationships.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MST / MBT, and at least 8 years of relevant work experience. The role demands a professional with a strong background in tax, compensation, and benefit consulting, including a working knowledge of tax issues related to executive compensation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, people development, and client relationship skills, and the ability to supervise and review the work of a team. Executive presence is essential, as the Managing Director will be the primary client contact and will be involved in presenting complex strategies and recommendations. A proven track record in business development and a leadership role in the community are also preferred.
