Our family oriented dental practices in Chula Vista, CA are looking to bring on an RDA / DA full time. Our Registered Dental Assistants perform a variety of tasks including the ability to work at the front desk or be trained on front desk tasks.

As an RDA, you’ll play an integral part in both clinical and administrative areas. You’ll assist chairside with crown preparations, take detailed digital X-rays, and help support front office operations from time to time, all while contributing to exceptional patient care.

For this position we prefer at least 2-year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with crown prep
• Ability to take clean digital X-rays
• RDA License and CPR certification are required
• Knowledge of Eaglesfoft preferred

Duties include :

Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.

Perform all RDA functions.

Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort

Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

Sterilize instruments according to regulations

Experience with iTero and Perio protect trays is a plus

This is a full time position (~40hrs / week) split between two of our practices in Chula Vista
