Job description5+ years of leadership experience in technical or operational roles. Solid knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (Green / Black Belt) Proven change leadership and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level or higher). Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
Process Excellence Lead (12 Months Contract)
The Process Excellence Lead will champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across functional departments, with a primary focus on our Manchester, NH site. This role involves providing strategic leadership, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will take ownership of implementing Lean principles locally, while also having the opportunity to support and influence process improvement efforts across other LGC sites.
