SU MM A R Y
The Financial Analyst I will directly support RCS' Finance Team in managing this portfolio. The role involves developing a detailed knowledge of individual assets and providing ongoing financial analysis and operational support, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to drive data-driven decisions and improve portfolio operations.
This position provides a strong foundation in real estate finance, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the portfolio's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and self-motivated, with strong financial modeling, communication, and writing skills. The role offers exposure to multiple facets of real estate finance and the chance to make meaningful contributions to the team's strategic and operational initiatives.
RE S PONSIBIL ITI ES
F inan cial P ro je cti on s & R epo rt in g
o Support and conduct semi-annual forecast updates on each asset, including operating, debt and equity cash flows.
o Provide projections and analysis related to new leasing & financing
o Maintain accurate Argus models for various asset types
o Support the reporting of actual and pro-forma performance of each asset
o Research and resolve issues related to financial performance
o Assist with preparing various internal and external reports
o Support semi-annual portfolio valuation
E qu ity M anagemen t
o Review and analyze each deal-level projected cash flow, using financial models and reporting
o Recommend contributions and / or distributions to investors
o Understand and ensure adherence to fee structure on each deal
De b t Managemen t
o Oversee timely and efficient construction loan draws to maximize proceeds
o Ensure full compliance with all loan agreements and analyze proforma covenant compliance
QUA L IFICA T I O NS
Commercial Real Estate industry is preferred.
o Firm understanding of Time-Value-Money fundamentals
o Able to work with existing models and build custom analyses
o Build meaningful and actionable graphic summaries
The pay range for this role is :
75,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Louisville)
