Data Entry Clerk

A company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and manage information in databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, or digital systems

Ensure accuracy and consistency of information entered

Maintain digital and / or paper filing systems

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role

Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended : 40+ WPM)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or database software

Strong organizational and time management skills
