What Are We Looking For?

Lake Regional is seeking a Blood Bank Lead to join our Laboratory team. This role is responsible for directing and participating in the work of a laboratory section by performing and assuring analysis / testing on specimens , verifying and reporting results , and resolving problems , all while promoting safety and customer satisfaction . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills while effectively promoting and exemplifying teamwork throughout the department and organization. MLT / MLS certification is required for this position.

An annual influenza vaccine is required.
