Job title : 1- CNA - LTC

Location : West Columbia, WV

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking CNA- for LTC facility. The ideal CNA candidate will possess a license / certification in the state of NJ with one year or more of long-term care experience.

CNA - Requirements :

Qualified candidates must have the following :

• WV License / Certification
• Criminal Background check
• CPR Certification
• Two Step PPD / X-ray for PPD (if positive reading)
• Covid Vaccination card or vaccination status
• Recent Physical exam
• Social Security
• Driver’s License
• Proof of Flu vaccine (if applicable)
• Updated resume
• Drug screen / Alcohol screening

CNA $23-$26 7p -7 : 30a shift (36 hours) 6 month contract

36 hours a week, including every other weekend and Holidays. The weekend on all shifts consists of Saturday and Sunday. All scheduling will be handled by our Director of Nursing

Salary : $25-3-$26 hour
