Director of Business Development Responsibilities :
- Implement successful sales strategies and work as a team to meet sales goals
- Utilize CRM to track viable leads for a 3-year prospecting pipeline
- Oversee financial viability through analysis of RFPs / RFIs
- Develop proposals for client prospects
- Utilize research to identify opportunity for sales process improvement
- Attend client prospect meetings and build strong relationships
Director of Business Development Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in consultative sales At least 3 years in contract food service sales for k-12 schoolsPassion for people-first customer serviceExperience developing proformas or financial analysis capabilitiesProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExperience with analyzing and assessing RFPs / RFIsCreative and self-motivatedDirector of Business Development Benefits :
