Job description

Physical Therapist (DPT) - Full Time

M-F / Day Shift

  • Up-to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus / New Grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist :

  • Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques to address musculoskeletal impairments and promote tissue healing.
  • Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and endurance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

    • Qualifications for a Physical Therapist :

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
