Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta , GA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other interdisciplinary team members to design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans. Your expertise and support will help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to develop essential life skills, improve their communication, and enhance their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
Implement behavioral treatment plans developed by BCBAs to address targeted skill deficits and behaviors
Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior to inform treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Provide one-on-one support to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinic, and school-based environments
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment delivery
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements :
1+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or similar role
Current RBT Certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities, such as assisting patients in transferring from one location to another
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
