Responsibilities for a Mail Room Clerk III include but are not limited to :

• Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and US mail, and process outgoing mail and UPS shipments
• Accept and deliver incoming packages (UPS / FedEx / Office Depot)
• Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, record maintenance, and invoice processing
• Provide excellent customer service and support department needs such as calendar management and meeting scheduling
