Job descriptionManage the ordering, receiving and stocking of medical and non-medical supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and track supply usage to ensure adequate stock levels. Coordinate with nursing staff to identify supply needs and provide timely replenishment. Organize supply rooms and ensure supplies are properly labeled and stored. Assist in maintaining budget control by monitoring supply usage and reducing waste. High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred. 1+ year of experience in healthcare staffing coordination preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting (long-term care or medical facility preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Staffing Coordinator / Central Supply

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for supporting healthcare teams? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your scheduling expertise ensures that residents receive the best care possible? If so, we want you to join us as a Staffing Coordinator.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage Nursing Staff Schedules - Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.
- Ensure Adequate Coverage - Work closely with the Director of Nursing to secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacations, and leave requests.
- Daily Staffing Reports - Complete daily staffing sheets and track nursing hours to meet PPD (Per Patient Day) requirements while maintaining compliance logs.
- Monitor and Verify Employee Attendance - Review and correct time clock punches, verify hours worked, and identify staffing trends.
- Collaborate with Admissions Team - Stay updated on census changes, new admissions, and discharges to adjust staffing accordingly.
- Data & Compliance Reporting - Prepare and submit daily nursing hours reports to the Executive Director / LNHA.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency - Implement new staffing strategies and processes to improve patient care and employee satisfaction.
