EMR : EPIC Trauma Level II ER volume : 60,000 / year

What You'll Need :

Active OH License & DEA

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery

ACLS & BLS certified

Experience with vascular / endovascular procedures (specifics to be confirmed with provider during interview)
