About the Role Stanley Marketplace is a vibrant community hub full of diverse personalities, small businesses, and exciting happenings — which means no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team member to support our events, community engagement, and marketing efforts. This is a part-time role (primarily nights and weekends) ideal for someone who loves bringing people together, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys both in-person interaction and behind-the-scenes creative work. Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of on-site events, including creation of event posters, event setup, breakdown, and guest support
- Provide customer service and act as a friendly point of contact during events
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, posting, and basic analytics tracking
- Collaborate with the team on community engagement initiatives
- Perform other light administrative and marketing support tasks as needed Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Interest or experience in events, marketing, or hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Reliable, resourceful, and a team player Details
- W2 position, 20-30 hours / week at $20-$24 / hour
- Primarily evenings and weekends, with some flexibility
