Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Job Description

• $225,000.00 per year, Exempt
• Incentive Bonus
• Medical Malpractice covered by employer.
• Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life.
• Four (4) weeks /  160 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off).
• One (1) week /  40 hours PTO for CME.
• Sick time, 40 hours / per year.
• Relocation Allowance
• Monday – Friday 8 : 30am – 5pm (open to a 4 day work week as well)
• Outpatient Clinic Setting
• No call responsibilities
• No hospital privilege requirements.
• The position is open to rounding at designated post acute facilities if they’re interested.
